“Yoga is not about touching your toes, it’s about what you learn on the way down.”

The exact origin of the quote is unclear. It isn’t attributed to a specific individual and may be considered a piece of common yogic wisdom that has been passed down through teachings and shared verbally. It encapsulates the essence of yoga as a holistic practice rather than just a physical exercise.
